The Lee Jackson Celebration-2006

   The The Liddell Chapter's Annual Lee-Jackson Night was held on January 17th 2006.  The event was well attended with everyone having a good time in the fellowship of others who honor their heritage.

   After a great supper of Jambalaya or baked chicken, the attendees were favored with a most interesting presentation about Generals Lee and Jackson by Mr. Clay Springer of Pensacola. 

   Following the Presentation, the Candlelight Ceremony was held.  New for this year was a part of the ceremony in which the part that would have been done by the deceased members of all the groups represented was done by their next of kin. 

   Everyone is already looking forward to next years Celebration.
